Popis: The article considers the problems of forming the all-Russian (civil) identity of young people in the context of regional specific factors. The significance of the policy of strengthening the integration of the Russian state in the context of global instability and growing geopolitical tensions is conceptualized. The methodological foundations for the analysis of the all-Russian identity as one of the key elements of the integration potential of Russian society are determined. The purpose of the study is to study the problems of forming the all-Russian civic identity of young people, taking into account regional specifics. The study used methods of conflict diagnostics of regions, expert and mass surveys. The article presents the results of a sociological study conducted by the Public Chamber of the Krasnodar Territory in 2023. Also used are official reports of government bodies, press materials and expert reports containing information on the state of the migration and ethnopolitical situation in the region. The results of the study show that the formation of a strong all-Russian identity is closely related to solving issues of social integration and combating interethnic conflicts. Among the main recommendations is the need to create effective mechanisms for intercultural dialogue, educational enlightenment and development of social infrastructure aimed at integrating migrants and adapting the local population to changes in the ethnic composition of the region. A study of regional specifics has shown that the main source of tension in the Krasnodar Territory is migration growth and problems of integrating ethnic groups into a common socio-cultural space. Ethnic differences, economic difficulties and employment problems exacerbate the risks of conflicts. The results of expert surveys presented in the article show that the all-Russian identity is formed in the specific conditions of each region, each city, each locality. According to experts, one of the most significant aspects of studying this problem is associated with the analysis of the state and formation of political consciousness of modern youth in the context of constructing and strengthening the all-Russian identity. A conclusion is made about the role of the policy of forming an all-Russian identity as the most important value resource for strengthening the mental foundations of Russian statehood.
В статье рассматриваются проблемы формирования общероссийской (гражданской) идентичности молодежи в контексте факторов региональной специфики. Концептуализируется значение политики укрепления интеграции российского государства в условиях глобальной нестабильности и роста геополитической напряженности. Определяются методологические основания анализа общероссийской идентичности как одного из ключевых элементов интеграционного потенциала российского общества. Цель исследования – изучение проблем формирования общегражданской идентичности молодежи с учетом региональной специфики. В исследовании использованы методы конфликтологической диагностики регионов, экспертный и массовый опросы. В статье представлены результаты социологического исследования. Также использованы официальные отчёты органов власти, материалы прессы и экспертные доклады, содержащие сведения о состоянии миграционной и этнополитической ситуации в регионе. Результаты исследования показывают, что формирование прочной общероссийской идентичности тесно связано с решением вопросов социальной интеграции и борьбой с межэтническими конфликтами. Среди главных рекомендаций выделяется необходимость создания эффективных механизмов межкультурного диалога, образовательного просвещения и развития социальной инфраструктуры, ориентированной на интеграцию мигрантов и адаптацию местного населения к изменениям этнического состава региона. Представленные в статье результаты проведенных экспертных опросов показывают, что общероссийская идентичность формируется в конкретных условиях каждого региона, каждого города, каждого населенного пункта. По утверждениям экспертов, один из наиболее значимых аспектов изучения этой проблемы связан с анализом состояния и формирования политического сознания современной молодежи в контексте конструирования и укрепления общероссийской идентичности. Сложившийся относительный баланс в рамках общероссийской идентичности между этнической, демографической и региональной идентичностями не является неизменной характеристикой. Делается вывод о роли политики формирования общероссийской идентичности как важнейшем ценностном ресурсе укрепления ментальных основ российской государственности.
