В данной статье раскрываются особенности церковно-государственных отношений в тридцатые годы XX века - в особый исторический период гонений советской власти на Церковь. При этом автор рассматривает советское законодательство того периода о религиях и культах, антирелигиозную политику Советского государства и борьбу с Церковью. This article reveals the peculiarities of the Church-state relations in the thirties of the XXth century - in a special historic period of the Soviet government’s persecution against the Church. At the same time, the author examines the Soviet legislation of that period on religions and cults, the anti-religious policy of the Soviet state and struggle against the Church. |
