Статья посвящена вопросам влияния санкционной политики некоторых иностранных государств на осуществление внешнеэкономической деятельности. Рассматривается значимость достижения однозначного соглашения сторон сделки по вопросам выполнения обязательств в условиях санкционной политики на этапе заключения контракта международной купли-продажи товаров. The article is devoted to the influence of the sanctions policy of some foreign states on the implementation of foreign economic activity. The importance of reaching an unambiguous agreement between the parties to the transaction on the fulfillment of obligations under the conditions of the sanctions policy at the stage of concluding a contract for the international sale of goods is considered. |
