В статье рассматриваются вопросы сбалансированного социо-экологоэкономического развития регионов Российской Федерации. Хозяйственная деятельность региона рассматривается, как социо-эколого-экономическая система «триада». Для исследования «триад» используется системный подход. Определены пути дальнейшего развития теории социо-экологоэкономических систем состоящие в формировании методологии и внедрении технологий «зеленой экономики», альтернативной энергетики, в условиях которой при разработке стратегических программ регионального развития с учетом принципов сбалансированного развития. The article deals with the issues of balanced socio-ecological and economic development of the regions of the Russian Federation. The economic activity of the region is considered as a socio-ecologicaleconomic system "triad". For the study of "triads" a systematic approach is used. The ways of further development of the theory of socio-ecological and economic systems are determined, consisting in the formation of the methodology and the introduction of technologies of the "green economy", alternative energy, in the conditions of which, when developing strategic programs for regional development, taking into account the principles of balanced development. |
