| Description: | О современных тенденциях правового регулирования и управления публичными финансами, финансово-правовых механизмах обеспечения национальных интересов, о трендах и проблемах развития российской финансово-правовой теории, о взаимосвязях и взаимодействии правового регулирования с теорией управления дискутировали российские и зарубежные ученые, известные специалисты в сфере финансово-правового регулирования, экономической теории и управления. На секции был представлен и апробирован новый формат научного мероприятия и дискуссии. Наряду с известными учеными, представителями органов государственной власти и управления в работе секции приняли участие студенты, магистранты, аспиранты и соискатели ИГСУ РАНХиГС. Выступавшие были едины в оценке роли публичных финансов как определяющей в жизнедеятельности общества. Докладчики акцентировали внимание участников конференции на устойчивых взаимосвязях и взаимозависимостях эффективности государственного управления и определения национальных интересов, развития публичных финансов и их участия в финансово-правовых механизмах, целеполагания и финансовой политики, а также насущной потребности аналитики в государственном управлении (Обзор подготовлен профессором Е.Ю. Киреевой, профессором Е.В. Черниковой). Russian and foreign scientists, well-known experts in the field of financial and legal regulation, economic theory and management discussed the current trends in legal regulation and public finance management, financial and legal mechanisms to ensure national interests, trends and problems in the development of Russian financial and legal theory, the interrelationships and interaction of legal regulation with management theory. A new format of the scientific event and discussion was presented and tested at the section. Along with well-known scientists, representatives of public authorities and management, students, undergraduates, postgraduates and applicants of the IGSU RANEPA took part in the work of the section. The speakers were united in assessing the role of public finance as determining in the life of society. The speakers focused the attention of the conference participants on sustainable relationships and interdependencies in the effectiveness of public administration and the determination of national interests, the development of public finances and their participation in financial and legal mechanisms, goal setting and financial policy, as well as the urgent need for analytics in public administration (The review was prepared by Professor E.Yu. Kireeva, Professor E.V. Chernikova). |
