The automation of machining processes is one of the main directions in the development of mechanical engineering, serial and mass production. Every year, breakthroughs in the field of automation allow to reduce the number of jobs, due to a decrease in manual labor, which also reduces the duration of the processing process itself and its cost as a whole. Results of work.  The paper examines the automated part, determines the type of production, selects the method of obtaining the workpiece, by determining its mass characteristics using the Solidworks 2020 program, selects automated equipment with high productivity and tooling in the form of processing tools, to reduce the human factor were introduced Active control systems for parts and tools, The design of the technological process of machining a part also includes the calculation of cutting modes, the performance of rationing of technological works and the further filling of the route technology.Inference.  The obtained results can be used to automate the process of machining the "Support Glass" part.  |
