Beschreibung: В статье представлены результаты анализа динамики исследовательского потенциала в Республике Башкортостан и в субъектах РФ, на территории которых расположены НИУ, НОЦ, ФУ. Исследована возрастная структура научных кадров. Сделаны выводы, что научный потенциал России и отдельных регионов является, в целом, достаточно молодым, что отличается от распространенных представлениях о критическом старении ученого корпуса страны. Также обобщен опыт регионов в привлечении молодежи в науку. The article presents the results of the analysis of the dynamics of research potential in the Republic of Bashkortostan and in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, on the territory of which national research universities, federal universities, scientific and educational centers are located. The age structure of scientific personnel has been investigated. It is concluded that the scientific potential of Russia and individual regions as a whole is quite young, which differs from the widespread ideas about the critical aging of the country's scientific corps. The experience of the regions in attracting young people to science is also summarized.
