Description: Были описаны основные факторы, препятствующие эффективному производственному планированию и критерии предприятий, которые наиболее чувствительны к этим факторам. Предлагаются пути решения задачи производственного планирования с учетом данных факторов, в частности рассматривается построение имитационной модели, а именно событийно-дискретной модели, для моделирования производственных процессов с целью оптимизации производственного планирования. Как результат была разработана имитационная модель условного электромашиностроительного предприятия по укрупненным переделам и произведена оптимизация базовых параметров с целью устранения диспропорции производственных мощностей по участкам, что в итоге привело к повышению производительности рассматриваемого предприятия. The main factors hindering effective production planning and the criteria of enterprises that are most sensitive to these factors were described. Ways are proposed for solving the problem of production planning, taking into account these factors, in particular, the construction of a simulation model, namely an eventdiscrete model, is considered for modeling production processes in order to optimize production planning. As a result, a simulation model of a conditional electric machine-building enterprise was developed for enlarged redistributions and the basic parameters were optimized in order to eliminate the disproportion in production capacities by sections, which ultimately led to an increase in the productivity of the enterprise in question.
