| Description: | The problems of the success of the service activities of cadets of educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia are considered. Some features and conditions of the success of the official activity of university cadets are noted: the intense nature of official activity, its abnormality and extremity. The mental state of cadets influencing the success of official activity is considered. The essential components of successful professional activity of cadets are analyzed, as well as the psychological and personal potential of cadets, on which success in their professional work depends. Рассмотрены проблемы успешности служебной деятельности курсантов образовательных учреждений МВД России. Отмечаются некоторые особенности и условия успешности служебной деятельности курсантов вузов: напряженный характер служебной деятельности, ее ненормированость и экстремальность. Рассматривается психическое состояние курсантов, влияющее на успешность служебной деятельности. Анализируются сущностные компоненты успешной служебной деятельности курсантов, а также психологический и личностный потенциал курсантов, от которых зависит успех в их профессиональной работе. |
