Popis: In the conditions of the market environment in mechanical engineering prevailing there is small-scale or single production as it is more adapted for conditions of fluctuation of demand for finished goods. An objective of this research was studying of problems of the concrete enterprise which solution is connected with features of this type of production. Results of a research showed that ignoring of features of the organization of single and small-scale types of production within the real enterprise, results in unprofitability and a difficult financial state.
В условиях рыночной среды в машиностроении преобладающим становится мелкосерийное или единичное производство, так как именно оно более приспособлено к условиям колебания спроса на готовую продукцию. Целью данного исследования явилось изучение проблем конкретного предприятия, решение которых связано с особенностями данного типа производства. Результаты исследования показали, что игнорирование особенностей организации единичного и мелкосерийного типов производства в рамках реального предприятия, приводит к убыточности и сложному финансовому состоянию.
