В статье рассматриваются концептуальные подходы к управлению социальноэкономическим развитием региона, которые подразумевают создание собственной модели социального благополучия. Выявлено, что необходимо формирование системы взаимодействия пространственно-локализованных систем в рамках решения общих экономических и социальных задач. В настоящее время отсутствует система пространственного управления территориями, которая способствовала их устойчивому развитию в условиях нестабильности. Выбор стратегии развития территорий основан на системном подходе, т.к. системное взаимодействие экономического пространства способствует эффективной реализации преимуществ территориального разделения труда. Определен рост значения интеграционных объединений при формировании целостности региона как системы, а также степень дифференциации регионального развития. The article discusses conceptual approaches to managing the socio-economic development of the region, which imply the creation of their own model of social well-being. It was revealed that it is necessary to form a system of interaction of spatially localized systems within the framework of solving general economic and social problems. Currently, there is no system of spatial management of territories, which contributed to their sustainable development in conditions of instability. The choice of a territorial development strategy is based on a systematic approach, since systemic interaction of economic space contributes to the effective implementation of the advantages of the territorial division of labor. The growth of the importance of integration associations in the formation of the integrity of the region as a system, as well as the degree of differentiation of regional development are determined. |
