| Beschreibung: | Рынок строительной продукции имеет множество взаимодействий с остальной экономикой, и они рассматриваются в данной статье. Это приводит к следующим экономическим факторам: цены на жилье включают в себя доход, жилищный фонд, демографию, доступность кредитов, процентные ставки и запаздывающее повышение, последнее является потенциальным механизмом для превышения. Отнесение строительства к числу приоритетов национальной стратегии обусловлено тем, что оно представляет собой одну из наиболее энергоемких, материалоемких и загрязняющих окружающую среду категорий человеческой деятельности, а минимизация этих воздействийтребует принятия разумных усилий уже на этапе планирования и проектирования инвестиций. The construction products market has many interactions with the rest of the economy, and these are discussed in this article. This leads to the following economic factors: house prices include income, housing stock, demographics, credit availability, interest rates and lagging appreciation, the latter being a potential mechanism for overshoot. The inclusion of construction among the priorities of the national strategy is due to the fact that it is one of the most energy-intensive, material-intensive and environmentally polluting categories of human activity, and minimizing these impacts requires reasonable efforts already at the planning and design stage of investments. |
