| Beschreibung: | Конкурентоспособность современных предприятий по производству металлоконструкций зависит от многих факторов, основным из которых является производственный персонал. Качество управления персоналом на указанных предприятиях определяется такими ключевыми процессами как планирование потребности в трудовых ресурсах и их адекватный подбор. Применение инструментария описания и регламентации бизнесе-процессов для повышения эффективности задач управления персоналом, в части описанных выше, позволит повысить прозрачность и контролируемость деятельности специалистов отдела кадров, а также обеспечить управляемость и гибкость указанных бизнес-процессов. The competitiveness of modern enterprises of the production of metalworks relies on many factors, the main of which is production personnel. The quality of personnel management at these enterprises is determined by such key business processes as planning for the need for labor resources and their adequate hiring. The use of tools for description and regulation of business processes in the improvement of the efficiency of personnel management tasks, such as described above, will increase the transparency and controllability of the activities of HR specialists, as well as ensure the manageability and flexibility of described business processes. |
