Beschreibung: Характерной чертой современного этапа мирового экономического развития является усиление роли цифровизации. Цифровизация идет полным ходом, и ни одной отрасли не удается остаться от нее в стороне. В этой связи, возрастает актуальность исследования темы повышения конкурентоспособности предприятий, оказывающих транспортные услуги, на основе внедрения информационных и коммуникационных технологий (ИКТ), с помощью которых осуществляется модернизация в транспортной сфере. В статье приведено экономическое обоснование внедрения отечественной информационной системы КиберЛог, предназначенной для управления основными бизнес-процессами, для достижения качественных услуг в сфере грузоперевозок. A characteristic feature of the current stage of world economic development is the strengthening of the role of digitalization. Digitalization is in full swing, and no industry can stay away from it. In this regard, the relevance of the study of the topic of increasing the competitiveness of enterprises providing transport services, based on the introduction of information and communication technologies (ICT), with the help of which modernization in the transport sector is carried out, is increasing. The article provides an economic justification for the introduction of the domestic information system CyberLog, designed to manage the main business processes in order to achieve high-quality services in the field of cargo transportation.

Abstract:Характерной чертой современного этапа мирового экономического развития является усиление роли цифровизации. Цифровизация идет полным ходом, и ни одной отрасли не удается остаться от нее в стороне. В этой связи, возрастает актуальность исследования темы повышения конкурентоспособности предприятий, оказывающих транспортные услуги, на основе внедрения информационных и коммуникационных технологий (ИКТ), с помощью которых осуществляется модернизация в транспортной сфере.
