LeleKart was developed using a modern full-stack architecture comprising Flutter for mobile applications, React.js for web interfaces, Node.js with TypeScript for backend services, and MongoDB for data management. The platform employs JWT-based authentication, microservices architecture deployed on Amazon Web Services, and integrates third-party logistics solutions for comprehensive order fulfillment. The system is successfully deployed across multiple channels including Android Play Store at https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mycompany.lelekartecommerceapp, iOS App Store at http://apps.apple.com/in/app/lelekart-shoping-app/id6480270062, and web browsers at https://www.lelekart.com/, achieving an average response time of under 200 milliseconds. The platform supports real-time inventory management, secure payment processing, and comprehensive analytics for both sellers and administrators. Current user feedback indicates high satisfaction rates with the platform's usability and performance consistency, with an average rating of 4.2 out of 5.0. LeleKart demonstrates the viability of modern full-stack technologies in creating scalable eCommerce solutions for emerging markets, with its multi-sided business model and robust technical architecture positioning it as a competitive solution in the digital commerce landscape.
