Beschreibung: Задача обеспечения устойчивого экономического развития России требует дополнительных государственных инвестиций для обновления существующих и создания новых основных фондов и объектов инфраструктуры. Необходимы и дополнительные усилия по формированию благоприятных экономических условий и финансовых стимулов для привлечения частных инвестиций в реализацию крупных инвестиционных проектов. Статья посвящена современной практике прямого участия государства в инвестиционной деятельности, включая проблемы и тенденции предоставления бюджетных инвестиций. Сделан вывод о необходимости уточнения подхода к определению эффективности бюджетных инвестиций. На основе выявленных проблем сформулированы рекомендации по повышению эффективности прямого участия государства в инвестиционной деятельности.The task of ensuring Russia's sustainable economic development requires additional public investment to update existing assets and create new fixed assets and infrastructure facilities. Additional efforts are also needed to create favorable economic conditions and financial incentives to attract private investment in the realization of major investment projects. The article is devoted to the modern practice of direct participation of the state in investment activities, including problems and trends in the provision of budget investments. It is concluded that there is a need to correct the approach to determining the effectiveness of budget investments. Based on the identified problems, recommendations are formulated to improve the effectiveness of direct state participation in investment activities.
