В статье делается ряд выводов относительно текущего состояния, перспектив, правового регулирования и соответствующего вида инвестиций в угольную промышленность. В статье доказывается, что с каждым годом экспортная составляющая угля будет постоянно увеличиваться, что обусловлено как наличием газовых месторождений на территории России, и, как следствие, дешевым газом, так и приверженностью государств. The author examines the issues of investing in the coal industry. The article draws a number of conclusions regarding the current state, prospects, legal regulation and the appropriate type of investment in the coal industry. The article proves that every year the export component of coal will constantly increase, which is due to both the presence of gas fields on the territory of Russia, and, as a result, cheap gas, and the commitment of states. |
