| Beschreibung: | Освещены состояние и перспективы рационального использования лесных ресурсов региона. Отмечена роль лесов в социально-экономическом развитии страны. Обоснована невозможность ведения рубок главного пользования в лесах. Подчеркивается необходимость перехода лесного ведомства от практикуемой функции лесозаготовителя к функции ведения интенсивного, рационального, многоцелевого лесного хозяйства, основанного на принципах использования недревесной продукции леса, побочного пользования лесными ресурсами. The state and prospects of the rational use of the region's forest resources are highlighted. The role of forests in the socio-economic development of the country is noted. The impossibility. Of conducting final fellings in forests is substantiated. The necessity of transition of the forestry department, from the practiced function of a lumberjack to the function of conducting intensive, rational, multi-purpose forestry, based on the principles of the use of non-timber forest products, side uses of forest resources, is emphasized. |
