To eliminate the potential for serious conflicts in society requires cooperation and the ability to respond adequately to the transformation of the social environment. In this situation, the question of the institution of social partnership as one of the most rational and civilized ways to resolve the contradictions that arise in society is relevant. Развитие общественных процессов, возрастающая изменчивость современного социального пространства становятся характерными чертами нынешнего времени. Для устранения возможностей возникновения серьезных конфликтов в обществе требуется сотрудничество и способность адекватно реагировать на трансформацию социальной среды. В сложившейся ситуации актуален вопрос об институте социального партнерства как одного из наиболее рациональных, цивилизованных путей разрешения возникающих в обществе противоречий. |
