| Popis: | В работе проведен анализ теоретических и практических правовых проблем, обусловленных отсутствием в законодательстве Российской Федерации правовой конструкции, регламентирующей приостановление полномочий выборных представителей населения муниципальных образований. В целях грамотного встраивания в законодательство Российской Федерации правовой конструкции, регламентирующей приостановление полномочий выборных представителей населения муниципалитетов, автором предложен комплекс соответствующих правовых мер. The paper analyzes theoretical and practical legal problems caused by the absence of a legal structure in the legislation of the Russian Federation regulating the suspension of powers of elected representatives of the population of municipalities. In order to correctly integrate into the legislation of the Russian Federation the legal structure governing the suspension of powers of elected representatives of the population of municipalities, the study proposes a set of appropriate legal measures. |
