Базовые потребности населения представляют собой те потребности, без удовлетворения которых человек не способен реализовать себя как личность, так как вся его деятельность будет направлена исключительно на их удовлетворение. В статье рассмотрены факторы, влияющие на обеспечение базовых потребностей населения, а также способы оценки этой обеспеченности. The basic needs of the population are those needs, without the satisfaction of which a person is not able to realize himself as a person, since all his activities will be aimed solely at their satisfaction. The article examines the factors influencing the provision of basic needs, as well as methods for assessing the provision of the population. |
