Beschreibung: В статье представлена оценка показателей уровня жизни населения Республики Калмыкия, определены причины и факторы сложного социально-экономического положения населения региона. Повышение уровня и качества жизни населения, борьба с бедностью и с социальным неравенством являются стратегическими задачами современного общества. В современном мире необходимы инновационные подходы к обеспечению благосостояния населения, повышению занятости и конкурентоспособности кадров в условиях цифровой экономики. В статье проанализирован региональный рынок труда, который находится в депрессивном состоянии и не выполняет инструментальную роль в решении проблемы бедности. The article presents an assessment of indicators of the standard of living of the population of the Republic of Kalmykia, identifies the causes and factors of the difficult socio-economic situation of the population of the region. Improving the level and quality of life of the population, fighting poverty and social inequality are the strategic tasks of modern society. In the modern world, innovative approaches are needed to ensure the wellbeing of the population, increase employment and competitiveness of personnel in the digital economy. The article analyzes the regional labor market, which is in a depressed state and does not play an instrumental role in solving the problem of poverty.
