| Beschreibung: | The article is devoted to the study of the AUCUS partnership formation process, as well as the analysis of the views on it of various interest groups in Europe, Australia and the United States. It is shown that although in the USA the main groups of the American political community generally perceive positively the idea of AUCUS, nevertheless they see its future development differently. It is concluded that this consensus cannot be considered stable and a change in the intra-elite balance of power can not only slow down the implementation of the project, but also completely block it. Статья посвящена изучению процесса формирования партнерства АУКУС, а также анализу представлений и взглядов на него различных групп интересов в Европе, Австралии и Соединенных Штатах. Показывается, что, хотя в США основные группы американского политикума в целом воспринимают идею АУКУС положительно, тем не менее они по-разному видят его будущее развитие. Делается вывод, что указанный консенсус нельзя считать устойчивым и изменение внутриэлитного баланса сил может не только затормозить реализацию проекта, но и полностью его заблокировать. |
