В статье рассмотрены тенденции развития АПК РФ и стратегические факторы, влияющие на успешное долгосрочное развитие АПК региона. Выявлено, что проблема стратегического развития производства в сельской местности характерна не только для Российской Федерации, но и для других стран мира. Миграция трудового населения из сельской местности в города является устойчивым трендом. Принятые стратегические цели и стратегии развития АПК РФ требуют эффективной реализации, в том числе на региональном уровне. В статье концентрируется внимание на формировании эффективной системы стратегического управления АПК на региональном уровне. Разработаны методологические принципы стратегического управления АПК региона в контексте стратегических целей развития РФ. The article considers the trends in the development of the agro-industrial complex of the Russian Federation and the strategic factors influencing the successful long-term development of the agro-industrial complex of the region. It is revealed that the problem of strategic development of production in rural areas is typical not only for the Russian Federation, but also for other countries of the world. The migration of the working population from rural areas to cities is a steady trend. The adopted strategic goals and strategies for the development of the agro-industrial complex of the Russian Federation require effective implementation, including at the regional level. The article focuses on the formation of an effective system of strategic management of the agro-industrial complex at the regional level. The methodological principles of strategic management of the agro-industrial complex of the region in the context of the strategic development goals of the Russian Federation are developed. |
