В статье оценена возможность с помощью проблемно-ориентированной системы информационного обеспечения принятия управленческих решений на основании обработки и анализа внешних и внутренних параметров определить условия, которые могут повлиять на функции субъектов и объектов управления здравоохранением и, тем самым, обеспечить технологию (методику) их изменения. |
