| Popis: | The article deals with the new political concept "zero out" which has come to the forefront of the Russian conceptosphere due to the revision of the constitutional restrictions which allowed the current President to lengthen the term of his office. The paper poses a hypothesis that the formation of the new concept is accompanied by active word derivation processes and leads to the emergence of a large number of neoderivatives.
