| Beschreibung: | The problem of the implementation of certain rights of freedom of religion, such as, for example, the expression of one’s internal religious beliefs, is of particular relevance in the context of digitalization. The article deals with the problem of religious intolerance on the Internet, which is a consequence of the illegal implementation of the expression of one’s beliefs in relation to religion. In the article, the author offers recommendations for legal solution to the problem under consideration. В условиях цифровизации особо актуальна проблема реализации отдельных правомочий свободы вероисповедания, например выражения своих религиозных убеждений. Религиозная нетерпимость в Интернете является следствием неправомерной реализации выражения своих убеждений в отношении к религии. Автор предлагает рекомендации по правовому решению рассматриваемой проблемы. |
