The instrument Used for data collection was a questionnaire. The instrument was validated by three experts from the Department of Science Education in the faculty of education Federal University of Kashere, Gombe State. Based on the findings of this study, the following recommendations were made: professional development programmes be implemented to enhance teachers' skills and confidence in using ICT tools, and recommendations were made that school administrations invest in User-friendly ICT tools and provide ongoing technical support, making integration easier for teachers. That educational policymakers encourage and facilitate the integration of ICT tools by showcasing their benefits and successful Use cases. Again, schools create a supportive environment for ICT integration, including adequate infrastructure, access to resources, and a collaborative culture among teachers.
