The first article, "The Million-Dollar Recommendation," by Angela Chang and published in "PC Magazine," discusses Netflix's new contest to help improve it's movie recommendation engine, Cinematch. The second article "Java ME and the Command Pattern," by Darius Katz and published in "Dr. Dobb's Journal," discusses several new command actions that have been added to Java Platform Micro Edition and the challenges that it can present to users. |
