| Abstrakt: | Background: Property enterprises in human resource management are high employee turnover, low efficiency, and unreasonable personnel allocation. Objective: Put forward a new property enterprise human resource management model. Methods: Design the human resource relationship model, and based on the model will J2EE technology, improve policy tree algorithm and improve whale optimization algorithm. Results: The feasibility of the model was well evaluated by 350 volunteers with a mean score of 88.9. And the 350 volunteers tested the system more effectively, with an average score of 92.6. Conclusions: The human resource management model of real estate enterprises designed and researched has certain feasibility and effectiveness, and has certain application potential in the field of human resource management.
