| Abstract (English): | To address the need for rapid and accurate testing during depot maintenance of liquid-cooled equipment, an intelligent testing device is designed and developed in this paper. Digitized automated testing technology comparing historical database data is adopted by the intelligent testing device. Analyses of control scheme selection, software implementation processes and JavaFX application in industrial software are conducted. Without modification to the control software or hardware configuration of the equipment under test (EUT), communication challenges between testing devices with different protocols are overcome by the solution. One-touch rapid testing is achieved, and testing efficiency is improved. The results show that 90% of test tasks are covered by this platform, while intelligent operation and maintenance services are achieved. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
| Abstract (Chinese): | 为了研究液冷装备返厂维修过程中快速准确测试问题, 本文设计开发了一套智能测试设备。智能测试设备采用数字化自动测试技术对比数据库中历史数据的方法, 分析了控制方案的选择、软件实现的 过程及 JavaFx 在工业软件中的应用。在不改变被测机的控制软件、硬件配置的情况下, 方案克服了测试设 备之间不同协议间通信的难点, 实现一键快速测试, 提高了测试效率。结果表明: 该平台能完成覆盖 90% 的测试任务, 实现智能运维和智能服务。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
