| Abstract: |
This study investigates the impact of technological integration on pharmaceutical supply chain performance in Ghana, with a particular focus on the mediating roles of inter-organizational trust and collaboration. Employing structural equation modeling, data from 221 pharmaceutical distributors and wholesalers revealed a significant positive relationship between technological integration and supply chain performance. This relationship is mediated by both inter-organizational trust and collaboration. These findings underscore the crucial role of technology in enhancing supply chain efficiency, inventory management, and information sharing, while simultaneously fostering cooperative relationships among supply chain partners. By elucidating the intricate interplay between technology, trust, and collaboration, this study contributes novel insights to the pharmaceutical supply chain literature. The findings offer valuable managerial implications for optimizing supply chain performance through strategic technology investments. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
