Abstract (English): Bendungan Nglangon, located in Kradenan Village, Kradenan District, Grobogan Regency, Central Java Province was built in 1911 by the Dutch East Indies Government and commenced to operate since 1914. Considering of how old the dam is, dam break analysis which commonly caused by piping and overtopping are required in order to know the hazard of dam failure. This study aimed to find out the impact of dam break in Nglangon Dam by simulating dambreak analysis using Zhong Xing HY21. The methods used are hydrological analysis, dam break analysis, and hazard classification. The results of dam break anaysis in Nglangon Dam using Zhong Xing HY21 program show that the PMF design-flood discharge reached 128,740 m³/det and the largest flood occurred with bottom piping scenario in floodwater level reservoir condition. The area of the flood reached 3,718 km² which is spread out of 8 villages: Kradenan Village, Sambongbangi Village, Banjardowo Village, Kalisari Village, Sarirejo Village, Kuwu Village, Tanjungsari Village, and Sendangrejo Village. The number of people with risk is 1004 and all of them are located in Kradenan Village, which implies as very high risk of hazard caused by flood. Abstract (Indonesian): Bendungan Nglangon yang berada di Desa Kradenan, Kecamatan Kradenan, Kabupaten Grobogan, Provinsi Jawa Tengah dibangun pada tahun 1911 oleh Pemerintah Hindia Belanda dan mulai beroperasi sejak tahun 1914. Karena usia bendungan yang sudah tua, diperlukan analisis keruntuhan bendungan yang umumnya disebabkan oleh piping dan overtopping sehingga diketahui potensi bahaya yang ditimbulkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak keruntuhan Bendungan Nglangon dengan simulasi keruntuhan bendungan menggunakan Program Zhong Xing HY21. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis hidrologi, analisis keruntuhan bendungan, dan klasifikasi bahaya yang ditimbulkan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa besarnya QPMF 128,740 m³/det, simulasi keruntuhan bendungan menunjukkan skenario piping bawah kondisi MAB memiliki dampak banjir paling luas yaitu 3,718 km² yang tersebar di 8 desa: Desa Kradenan, Desa Sambongbangi, Desa Banjardowo, Desa Kalisari, Desa Sarirejo, Desa Kuwu, Desa Tanjungsari, dan Desa Sendangrejo. Jumlah penduduk terkena risiko sebanyak 1004 jiwa yang semuanya berada di Desa Kradenan sehingga termasuk dalam tingkat bahaya banjir yang sangat tinggi.
