Abstract (English): JavaScript has gained great relevance in web development thanks to its ability to create interactive and dynamic applications. However, development in pure JavaScript can be complex, which has driven the use of frameworks to simplify and speed up the process. This study focuses on comparing three of the most popular JavaScript frameworks: Vue.js, React.js and Angular, with the aim of identifying which one offers performance efficiency. Although the ISO 25010 standard evaluates multiple quality characteristics, in this analysis special attention is paid to performance efficiency, leaving other aspects outside the scope of the study to avoid confusion. The methodology used included the development of a billing web application, where key performance metrics, such as response time and data transfer speed, were evaluated using the Apache JMeter tool. Test cases were implemented and quantitative data was collected, allowing a thorough analysis of the strengths and limitations of each framework. The results show that React.js performed the best in terms of response time, excelling in efficiency when executing the "add" action. Meanwhile, Vue.js showed outstanding performance in data transfer speed, outperforming the other frameworks in this aspect. This comparison provides developers with a solid foundation for choosing the right framework based on the performance needs of their web projects. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
Abstract (Spanish): JavaScript ha ganado una gran relevancia en el desarrollo web gracias a su capacidad para crear aplicaciones interactivas y dinámicas. Sin embargo, el desarrollo en JavaScript puro puede ser complejo, lo que ha impulsado el uso de frameworks para simplificar y agilizar el proceso. Este estudio se centra en comparar tres de los frameworks de JavaScript más populares: Vue.js, React.js y Angular, con el objetivo de identificar cuál ofrece una eficiencia de desempeño. Aunque la norma ISO 25010 evalúa múltiples características de calidad, en este análisis se pone especial atención en la eficiencia de desempeño, dejando otros aspectos fuera del alcance del estudio para evitar confusiones. La metodología empleada incluyó el desarrollo de una aplicación web de facturación, donde se evaluaron métricas clave de rendimiento, como el tiempo de respuesta y la velocidad de transferencia de datos, utilizando la herramienta Apache JMeter. Se implementaron casos de prueba y se recopilaron datos cuantitativos, permitiendo un análisis exhaustivo de las fortalezas y limitaciones de cada framework. Los resultados muestran que React.js tuvo el mejor desempeño en términos de tiempo de respuesta, destacándose en la eficiencia al ejecutar la acción "agregar". Por su parte, Vue.js mostró un rendimiento sobresaliente en la velocidad de transferencia de datos, superando a los otros frameworks en este aspecto. Esta comparativa proporciona a los desarrolladores una base sólida para elegir el framework adecuado según las necesidades de rendimiento de sus proyectos web. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
