| Abstract (English): | This article presents a system for creating and managing learning objects (OAUAM) for teachers at the Universidad Autónoma de Manizales. The system does not require knowledge of software development. The system allows learning objects (known as OA in Spanish) to be evaluated by external peers, published in the institutional repository, and managed in its search and storage. The OAUAM Manager includes an authoring tool. This tool helps teachers to create learning objects in a simple and intuitive way. They can incorporate rich text, images, audio, video and learning and assessment activities using pre-designed templates that can be edited to suit the needs and preferences of the author. The system was developed using an incremental methodology, starting with identifying teachers' needs and providing pedagogical support for creating OA. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
| Abstract (Spanish): | En este artículo se presenta un sistema para la creación y gestión de objetos de aprendizaje (OAUAM) para docentes de la Universidad Autónoma de Manizales, para lo cual no requieren conocimientos previos de desarrollo de software. El sistema permite que los OA sean evaluados por pares externos, publicados en el repositorio institucional y gestionados en su búsqueda y almacenamiento. El gestor OAUAM cuenta con una herramienta de autor que ayuda a los docentes en el proceso de creación de oA de manera sencilla e intuitiva, desde la incorporación de diversos elementos: texto enriquecido, imágenes, audios, videos y actividades de aprendizaje y evaluación, desde el uso de plantillas previamente diseñadas, pero brindando la oportunidad de hacer ajustes de acuerdo con el gusto del creador. El sistema fue diseñado siguiendo una metodología incremental, desde la identificación de las necesidades de los docentes y brindando un apoyo instruccional para la creación de OA.
