| Abstract (English): | In addition to the term web store, in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the terms e-shop, online store are used, while in the English-speaking area the terms web shop, web store, online shop are used. A web store is a virtual place on the Internet, where the customer has the opportunity to purchase products in real time. The recent COVID-19 virus pandemic has further expanded and popularized online shopping, and web stores are thriving. As a result, the technology for creating web stores are advancing. In order for a web store to operate positively, it is necessary to invest a lot of time, effort and good technical preparation, but also to pay special attention to compliance with legal regulations. | Abstract (Croatian): | Pored termina web trgovina, u Bosni i Hercegovini, koriste se pojmovi e-trgovina, online trgovina, dok se u engleskom govornom području koriste pojmovi web shop, web store, online shop. Web trgovina je virtuelno mjesto na internetu, gdje kupac ima mogućnost kupovine proizvoda u realnom vremenu. Nedavna pandemija COVID-19 virusa omogućila je dodatno širenje i populariziranje online kupovine, a web trgovine napreduju iz dana u dan. Shodno tome napreduje i tehnologija za izradu web trgovine. Kako bi web trgovina pozitivno poslovala, potrebno je uložiti mnogo vremena, truda i dobro se tehnički pripremiti, ali također posebnu pažnju posvetiti za poštivanje zakonskih propisa.
