Abstract (English): Given the increased participation of value-added services in the service sector, the service sector has become a subject of great interest of macroeconomists. They believe that the service sector faces the challenge of falling productivity. However, with the development of modern information technology and the implementation of the digitization process, it is necessary to analyze their effect on productivity and examine the justification of these attitudes of macroeconomists. The paper deals with the research of the correlation between digitization and user and operational productivity of banks. The main goal of the conducted research was to determine whether and to what extent digitalization influences the marketing productivity of commercial banks in Republika Srpska. A correlation analysis method was used to examine the correlation between certain phenomena or variables. This method is a bivariate correlation analysis, using the Spirman coefficient of correlation (r). The study was carried out in statistical data processing software "Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS IBM 21)". The research concluded that digitization contributes to the increase in the marketing productivity of commercial banks in the Republic of Srpska, which was confirmed on the basis of the statistical analysis and the obtained results, which concluded that there is a statistically significant link between the process of digitization and the user's and operational productivity of banks. Abstract (Bosnian): S obzirom na porast učešća uslužne delatnosti u generisanju vrednosti, uslužni sektor je postao predmet velikog interesovanja makroekonomista. Oni smatraju da se uslužni sektor suočava sa izazovom opadanja produktivnosti. Međutim, sa razvojem savremene informacione tehnologije i sprovođenjem procesa digitalizacije potrebno je analizirati njihov efekat na produktivnost i ispitati opravdanost ovih stavova makroekonomista. Rad se bavi istraživanjem korelacije između digitalizacije i korisničke i operativne produktivnosti banaka. Osnovni cilj sprovedenog istraživanja bio je utvrditi da li i u kojoj meri digitalizacija utiče na marketinšku produktivnost poslovnih banaka Republike Srpske. Za ispitivanje je korišćena metoda korelacione analize kako bi se ispitala povezanost određenih pojava, odnosno varijabli. Ta metoda je bivarijantna korelaciona analiza, te je pritom korišćen Spirman koeficijent korelacije (r). Ispitivanje je izvršeno u softveru za statističku obradu podataka „Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS IBM 21)". Istraživanjem se došlo do zaključka da digitalizacija doprinosi porastu marketinške produktivnosti poslovnih banaka Republike Srpske, što je i potvrđeno na osnovu statističke analize i dobijenog rezultata kojim je konstatovano da postoji statistički značajna veza procesa digitalizacije i korisničke i operativne produktivnosti banaka.
