Abstract (Chinese): 随着社会经济的不断发展, 建设工程规划越发被重视, 工程经济分析与决策在其决策中的地位势关重 大。论文深入阐明其在建设工程规划中的流程, 尤其关注工程规划、供求评估以及可行性分析等十分核心的构成环 节。在实施日常的工程成本与收益管理的过程中, 项目投资方案的选定, 建设周期的盯定及工程热效益的计量被仔细 研究。研究成果表明, 工程经济分析与决策极为有力地提升了建设工程的经济效益, 且在推动建设工程规划的效果, 工程运行的顺利, 以及工程价值的最大化体现等各方面发挥了至关重要的作用。同时, 本文还提出了在工程经济分析 与决策中需要重视并充分考虑的关键因素, 如市场趋势、资金流动和工程风险, 这些研究成果为建设工程规划的决策 体系设计、工程计划制定和投资决策等环节提供了有益的参考和辅助。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
