JSW Steel's Resolution plan was rejected by the Hon'ble Supreme Court on certain grounds, despite being approved by NCLAT. The company is awaiting the formal copy of the Order to understand the reasons for rejection and its implications. Once they review the Order with legal advisors, they will decide on their next steps and keep the Exchanges informed as required by law.
