Schlagwörter: Аннотация: В данной статье рассматривается понятие киберпреступлений, их виды и влияние на общество с научной точки зрения. Киберпреступления представляют серьезную угрозу информационной безопасности, нанося значительный ущерб частным лицам, организациям и государству. В связи с этим в статье анализируются международные и национальные правовые меры противодействия. Комплексно рассматриваются Будапештская конвенция, деятельность INTERPOL и Europol, а также законодательство Республики Узбекистан в области обеспечения кибербезопасности. Подчеркивается необходимость совершенствования законодательства, укрепления информационной безопасности, повышения правовой грамотности граждан и развития технических средств в борьбе с киберпреступностью. Обеспечение кибербезопасности – это ответственность не только государственных органов, но и каждого пользователя Интернета. Ключевые слова: Киберпреступления, Информационная безопасность, Кибератаки, Фишинг и мошенничество, Кибертерроризм, Международная кибербезопасность, Будапештская конвенция, Киберправо, Киберполиция, Межгосударственное сотрудничество Abstract: This article examines the concept of cybercrime, its types, and its impact on society from a scientific perspective. Cybercrime poses a serious threat to information security, causing significant harm to individuals, organizations, and the state. In this regard, the article analyzes international and national legal measures to combat cybercrime. The Budapest Convention, the activities of INTERPOL and Europol, as well as the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the field of cybersecurity, are comprehensively reviewed. The necessity of improving legislation, strengthening information security, increasing citizens' legal literacy, and developing technical means in the fight against cybercrime is emphasized. Ensuring cybersecurity is not only the responsibility of government agencies but also of every Internet user. Keywords: Cyber Crimes
